App that replaces any other tile to make it look like I want it to?

After hearing the news about the new parallax background feature, there are a couple tiles on my startscreen which I want to replace with tiles that use my theme in order for the parallax background to be more visible

So my question is, is there an app that lets me replace any tile on my startscreen with my own custom design? (this replacement tile should of course launch the app which I replaced)
