apps downloading pending and attention required problem

i just have bought lumia 535 n converted from androide to lumia . I try to download some apps on my lumia but it couldn't complete its just says pending or attention required . i have good wifi connection and also i have tried hard reset and setting time manually and off automatically set date and time .
i'm also having error in downloading update its code 80072efe . am trying to download apps and updates from one week but got no solution . please tell me how to fix it

Do you have a mobile data connection? Can you try to download at least one of them just to see if you can download through mobile data?
