Just be nice... I called for the same reason and not only did the rep place and order for my charger as ut was not in the system, he "offered" me what I thought would be one accessory. When he started to name the accessories, I was like me choose from those high valued items?! I chose one and I got the package yesterday with 3 items retail valued over $400!!! Still no wireless charger, but I have had my phone since the 12th and can wait a bit longer .
Just be nice and explain your situation and frustration. It is not the reps fault, but he/she can help you . I would have been happy with a case, lol.
I am not sure if it because they are having such a hard time with fulfilling orders for the charger or the consumer report raking the received last week, but they always take care of me... Just be nice...
