AT&T LUMIA 920 Owners. Who recieved their free wireless charging pads yet?

Just received the charge yesterday (got my phone launch day). Works pretty good on my bedside. lol.
 
Bought my white 920 at the AT&T store on November 14, received my white pad on the 29th. I had a choice of colors to choose.

yup the pads match, but all of the charging bricks are white.


it would have been neat if they made the port on the charging pad the same micro usb. Make it so you could use the same cord if you wanted

the cord is 12v and 9watt...way more than what a microusb outputs. 5v and usually 5watts
 
My wireless charger is black although my 920 is red. I watched the AT&T sales guy select "red" on the paperwork, but that's not how it turned out...
 
Phone delivered on 11/26 and the charger delivered on 12/3.My cyan Lumia now has black charger pad and white adapter. Really weird :) But I don't mind to mix color as long they provide for free
 
Anyone has any idea about the specification of the wall charger and the wireless charger provided by at&t.I mean are these 100 - 240V 50-60 Hz or simple 120V 60Hz?.I am not able to find the info anywhere.I am a frequent traveler and need this info to buy adapter or converter.
 
Sadly i didn't get a wireless charge pad with my phone which i am devastated about.. I cant even find where i can buy them :( Perks of being from Australia
 
The good news is that my charging pad arrived at my house this afternoon. The bad news is that I won't be home until Sunday night! I can't wait to get home to try it out! Um, I mean, to see my wife.
 
After seeing all the people who bought their phone after I did, and already have their charging pad, I'm a little pissed. I am going to start calling them every day until they get sick and tired of hearing from me.

Just be nice... I called for the same reason and not only did the rep place and order for my charger as ut was not in the system, he "offered" me what I thought would be one accessory. When he started to name the accessories, I was like me choose from those high valued items?! I chose one and I got the package yesterday with 3 items retail valued over $400!!! Still no wireless charger, but I have had my phone since the 12th and can wait a bit longer 😊.

Just be nice and explain your situation and frustration. It is not the reps fault, but he/she can help you 😊. I would have been happy with a case, lol.

I am not sure if it because they are having such a hard time with fulfilling orders for the charger or the consumer report raking the received last week, but they always take care of me... Just be nice...
 
I have a white phone and got a black charging pad yesterday. I'm glad it is black because it blends in with my countertop where I charge my phone.
 
Have a white 920, bought on Nov 16th, received white charging pad on Monday 12/3. So it took a bit over 2 weeks to get it, and that's with the Thanksgiving holiday thrown in when nobody was working, so that's not too bad. Works great. Love it. Starts the phone charging immediately, even faster than when I plug a cable in.
 
I called 611.. had no order on file.. called store and they had no order.. 2 hrs later store calls me back..ok we found it pending, no wait..just s.hipped..
tracking number shows it arrives today..cant wait.
 
I pre-ordered and did not have an option for the wireless charger. With the pre-order I added a line but AT&T screwed up royally. I ended up buying one off contract at an MS store and returned the shipped 920 once it arrived. To my surprise I received a wireless charger from AT&T a week later, probably the only good thing to come out of that whole process!

Of course you are right. It's just frustrating. I also ordered the charge cradle and it's still pending as well. I still plan on calling them every so often... maybe I'll get lucky and they'll have one in stock they can give me.
 
I received mine today but they charged me for it. I bought my phone full price. Does that exclude you.
 
Got mine yesterday (was delivered to store), Yellow.
It looks odd, with yellow cable but white outlet brick. But that doesn't usually show so am cool with it. Charged the phone from 50% up till 100%.
Phone got slightly warm but it was expected. Will see how the charge holds up. No worries so far.
