I feel like my camera takes much faster and better pix. I see others are having the opposite experience. Did your phone reboot after the update? Mine did, and it's definitely a faster camera now.

Yes, there's an option called "each time". Hopefully that's fast enough for you. :grin:

##3282 does not work after the update.

Does anyone know if this update fixes the issue some 920 owners are having with the phone getting really hot and battery draining quickly? Probably a process pegging the CPU. Or do we need to wait for an update from Microsoft to resolve this issue?

The gears have been spinning for the last 5 hours. Last time, for the Portico firmware update, it took 2-3 hours for me. The time before that, I got impatient in 20 minutes and restarted (soft/hard reset) and bricked my phone then (recovered it by flashing as suggested in WPCentral). I really dont want to reset it this time so I'll give it some more time but I am running out of patience.:angry:

Yes and I'm ticked as I had 2G only set when I did the update! Now I can't switch it back! What a pain. Why did they have to change it? I don't really want to have to go back to my iPhone 4 just so I can get/make calls at home where 3G/4G isn't reliable. Does any one know what the replacement code for ##3282 is?

I'm have the storage check, but it just spins. Also my phone says it is on LTE, but i did a speed test and it only shows 1 mbps down and up.

Yeah, I'm ticked about it too. At my office I have three bars of Faux-G and one bar LTE. I usually force it to 3G because the constant switching back and forth kills the battery.

maybe because you have a bad signal? LTE should be faster though, no?

My LTE was slower & it kept switching to Edge. Did a power cycle & all is well. Seems to boot much faster.

mine has just been spinning as well. Really annoying. I am using 21GB of my storage. I noticed in the article that Dan was only using 8GB. and his seemed to pop right up.

Since the update Xbox music streaming says can't play this file, music collection says can't play this file, Nokia music won't load the stream and Pandora says server issues .

Storage check is the last option in settings for me. I was at 7.9 gig in other and after using it storage check freed 6.8gigs from.other so I'm really happy about that It worked great for me

ya. my firmware is: 1232.5957.1308.0001 and STILL NO FREAKING STORAGE CHECK UGH. is it just us to in here with this problem?

I just went outside my house where I get full bars and it kept switching data off and on. I usually get 32 mbps down and 15 mbps up.
