Ativ SE stuck in bootloop

I was trying to get windows 10 mobile on my Ativ SE I followed all the steps, except for making sure I was on 8.1 I read the steps wrong and thought I had to stay on 8.0. Now it is stuck in a boot loop and I can access recovery mode but that's it. What can I do to fix it?

so you've tried windows device recovery tool and it didn't work?
