Audio Inconsistent Between Apps

Anyone else having a problem with audio being inconsistent between apps? I can have my music at level 10 for example, when using the xbox music app; then switch to youtube and crank the volume up while listening to a video through the browser, then when I switch back the xbox app no longer obeys the music volume anymore. Anyone else having this problem?
