Band 2 charging behavior

My Band 2 is charging and has been for about 45 minutes

I noticed we can now see accurate percentages after 80%. Mine was at 82% out of the box and I watched the number climb digit by digit until it got to 99%

Now it's been charging at 99% for the past 20 minutes or so

I would expect the upper limit of the battery does take a bit longer to reach, as is the case with most batteries, so don't worry yourself too much. I would need to find where I read it for citation, so apologies if I'm incorrect, but I believe I read a full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours.

Oh I'm not worried - in fact Im very pleased that we can see the charge status past 80%! :grin:

I agree! The constant 80% battery status was one of my few gripes about V1. Really like the change for V2.

charging mine for the 1st time today and as posted earlier it takes awhile after it gets to 99% but I think I can be happy with 99% of charge if I am in a hurry....

I think it will only go as high as 99%. I have let it charge for about 20 minutes after it says 99%, but it never goes to 100% or Fully Charged.
Has anyone's band said full charge?

Yes, it goes to 100. Mine took about 20 minutes on 99% before it got there.

Mine also got to full, and was the same as others in that it took a while to go from 99 to 100.
