Bellabeat LEAF is there anyway to synch this to my 640 xl

I need to know if I can actually synch this product, (bellabeat LEAF), to my phone (Lumia 640 XL) before I take it out of the box and can't seem to find anything on the net which can help me, I know, stupid for not checking before purchasing but really didn't think this would be an issue in this day and age for g0d sake. >:[
