My friend was installing windows 10 and it was already on 70%, he went down to grab something to eat and when he came back his screen was black. He couldn't do anything, not even restarting his computer. He tried a lot (he kind of knows what he is doing) but nevertheless couldn't fix it. Now he is completely rebooting his laptop to the factory 'mode' but will he really lose all his programs or is there any way he can fix this ?
