[BLU Win HD] Error message when updating?

Just got the new phone Win HD and when o check for updates it downloads it then starts to apply it but I get the message the update was downloaded but couldn't be opened (8018830f) Any ideas what this number code means? I did perform several shutdowns of the phone but not a hard reset....thanks

I never faced this problem but it seems it was a packaging problem after a quick search on windowscentral website.
I suggest to try to clean the temporary files or do a hard reset.

Sent the phone back to Amazon it was a refurb & ordered a new one.
