Bluetooth Interference?

Normally, I'd have no need to be using both the Surface and my desktop computer at the same time, but have been doing so while setting it up. I use a Logitech bluetooth MX Anywhere 2 mouse that, with a button on the bottom, switches between the two devices. I've noticed that when the Surface is booted up, the desktop cursor is very jumpy and imprecise. As soon as I shut it down I regain normal control of the cursor. I suppose it could be an issue with the mouse, but the cursor behaves normally on the Surface and it only gets jumpy when using the mouse with the desktop. The bluetooth radio in my desktop doesn't appear to be creating interference on the Surface, just the other way around.
