Bluetooth OPP/OBEX profiles?

Does Windows Phone 8.1 denim support Bluetooth OPP and OBEX profiles? I'd like to purchase a dongle to allow my camera to transfer pictures to my phone via Bluetooth bur would rather not get it if it won't be supported.

So yes Lumia support OPP

I see that the specs are similar for my 1520. It's a bit confusing though because OPP requires OBEX to operate but windows phone doesn't support OBEX.

Has anyone here transferred photos to their windows phone via Bluetooth?
