bluetooth problem

hey friends, im using lumia 720. When i switched on the bluetooth and connectto the friends blueooth it shows 'connected after 3-4 seconds it shows couldn't connect. im successful to send and receive from his mobile. Is it ok??
I tried hard reset, flash firmware again from nsu retail. but it shows couldnt connect.

That is ok. It shows connected only when data is transmitted. Same happens with a Moga Pro Controller. Perfectly normal.
