Bought a Lumia 920, can't use or download music.. How to change ownership information

I recently bought used Nokia Lumia 920 (from a friend )in a very good deal and the phone is working fine..
But when I want to download music, I get a message that the phone is already registered for a nokia account and that my Nokia account will not work.

Please tell how I can change or delete the old account associated with the hardware id of my Phone..

Nowadays Nokia is trying to merge their ID with Microsoft's Live ID. And since you can change the Live account on the phone only by resetting the phone ... It seems that may be your only option.

Go to Settings->About-> Reset.

I have reset my phone and am using a different nokia account that is different from the original account that this phone was set to..

I reset my phone saveral time but problem not solved
