Brightness toggle or bar

Does WP8 or the latest GDR3 have a brightness bar you can drag like on android/iOS? Last time I checked was WP7 and there was only low/med/high and auto. If there is none, can you make tiles to quickly change between the brightness settings?

No slider. Only low, medium, high toggle. This is in manual setting only

could you please provide a link to one of those apps? I have searched a couple of times but I haven't found anything.
