Pull down notification center still working even when phone is locked in all windows Phone.

This should not work when phone is locked, others can easily see all my notifications and short messages by pulling it down when phone is under lock,

Friends Please share your comments.

Settings -> notifications and actions -> dont show notifications when the phone is locked

You tried to uncheck the box in settings >notification center. It's working for me in Lumia 820.
