Build 10166

Hi guys, I had to ask for help because since 10149, I'm not able to download speech Ahmed keyboard languages.
I switched from Fast to slow ring and still the problem. I went back to fast and nothing.
Was anyone able to fix this issue?

It is well known issue, there are a lot of reports all over the board and to make it even worse there is no solution for now, hopefully it will be fixed with next update...
