Call waiting problem l720

I have enabled call waiting but since amber i am unable to pick up another call while the first one goes on hold the answer call button is unresponsive. I have to disconnect the first call before i can pick up the second call not sore if its a phone related issue or carrier related! but before amber this function was working well. i even tried resets...hard and soft still the problem exists!

try disabling waiting...may it help you with the issue
