hi guys i have random camera issues since 2 days, completely randomly i would get pink lines on the screen and a reboot would fix it but now the camera wouldnt turn on at all and i even have pics to prove it
can someone help me out?
it started 2 days ago when i was on the black update but its still prevalent on 8.1 dev preview
is this hardware related or software, my warranty expires in exactly one month

The only way to find out if it's software or hardware related is to do a hard reset. There's no other option.

btw is this issue solvable by a hard reset, i did one last week but the problem hadnt occured then , is there a way to make a 1:1 copy of my apps and data or only wifi/mobile data? im ok with either but would prefer a hard copy if its available
and does nokia care repair phones with dev preview or should i flash back to lumia black?
ill try a hard reset first
