Camera no longer launches over lock screen?

Anyone else having a problem where the camera no longer overrides the lock screen? On 8.1 when I pressed the camera button it would launch straight to camera. Now it goes to lock screen and I have to unlock first. In the default camera settings I have "Prevent accidental camera launch when the device is locked" set to OFF. Is this a bug or a feature?

It's a bug. If I swipe down from lock screen and try to launch the camera that way it won't open. Only opens from unlocked

I have 1520 and sometimes it unlocks into Camera and sometimes I need to press power and then camera button to get it to work.

I have the same issue on my 930

Sometimes it launches, sometimes it doesn't.

Solved! Not sure why but if I set a PIN lock and have the PIN lock always required the camera works again over lock screen. On mine I could sometimes see the camera flash on for a split second before the lock screen would appear so I could tell it was trying to launch the camera. Strange bug. Hope they get it all sorted for the final build.

Interesting, I don't have PIN turned on since new build.will try it out.
