Camera problems

Today I bought a black Lumia 900 for my dad today and when I was playing around with the camera to see how amazing the camera was on the Lumia. When I took a picture the photo came out with red and orange lines! I looked all over the internet and no one seems to have this issue. If someone has experienced this please tell me if there is a fix for this or if you had to replace it.

Are you using the effect called "Solarize" inadvertently?

No, I made sure and checked it's under normal.

Is the camera catching the light from the PC screen? Try taking some pictures outside and see how they come out.

That looks like a bad sensor. I'd probably think about getting a replacement.
