can a lumia icon w/ dp use cortana?

title says it all. the place my wife works just renovated their building and now for some reason only verizon phones can get a signal inside the building. so i maybe forced to more to verizon. if i move, i'll try to get an icon. if i load dp on it, will i get cortana functionality?

If you're in the U.S. I don't see why not.

I have the ICON on the DP and I am able to use Cortana without any issues.
