Can anyone help me uploade photos from my HTC M8 to my PC?

Uploading photos from my HTC M8 to my PC

My wife just passes away on November 26,2014. There are several pictures on my phone that I want to use in her memorial. I can't upload to my PC.

When I use HTC Sync Manger it uploads my photos, but I can't get it to go on my desktop.

Any help would be very grateful

Sorry for your lost.

You should be able to just connect via USB and just pull them off.

Alternatively, you can use OneDrive.

Sorry for your loss.

If you plug in your phone via the USB to the PC, and open file explorer on the computer you should see your phone listed there. Click on the phone and you should see a folder labeled "Pictures". If you took the pics with your phone, they'll be in your camera roll folder.

As the other poster stated, if you have your photos set to auto backup, they'll be in your OneDrive folder.

If all else fails, select the pics on your phone and email them to yourself.
