Xbox One Streaming via Ethernet
I've been playing about with streaming to my windows 10 laptop. Unfortunately my wireless card is only 11g so isn't up to the task. I've seen that you can use an Ethernet cable to stream directly for a better connection. Unfortunately you have to plug the xbox and laptop into a router and my router is in a different room.
Is there any way to be able to plug my xbox directly into my laptop and have streaming work?
I've tried setting the IP address of my laptop to the same subnet range as the xbox but that didn't seem to work and I didn't know what else I should try.
Thanks in advance
