Can I get some help with my cellular internet connection?

Problem with cellular internet connection

Hello to all

I have a problem with my Lumia 928 verizon. When it's on cellular internet connection it wont recive any notifications on Viber, Whatsapp, Instagram.... Only when I open the app it will show me new messages, calls...
When I am connected on Wi-fi everything is working perfectly

Anyone know how to solve a problem ??

Please check the settings in the DATA SENSE app or the individual apps if you allow notifications (background data) on cellular data..

All notifications are allowed for whatsapp, viber, and other apps.
Like I said everything works fine on Wi-fi, but when I am using cellular internet it stops working!

For example, when I open Whatsapp all the new messages arrive, but it just wont notify me when it's not opend!!!

Make sure Push Notifications are allowed for each of the apps. . .
