Can I get some help with the Windows recovery tool?

Problem with windows recovery tool

Maybe someone can help.... I'm trying to downgrade from windows 10 technical preview lumia 635, to 8.1, but theres a problem...
I connect it to pc, with windows phone recovery tool, program founds phone, then i agree with everything, and press install.... then it stays at 0% at around 2mins, and pops up error, that phone not found.... but phone is connected...

Try other usb cables (you should actual use the factory delivered cable) and other USB ports on your PC.

I had to try 5 USB cable's and 2 USB ports before it worked.

Thank you, that helped used 3 cables, and 4 ports, until it worked, lol
