Can I install android apps on my Lumia 650?

I have all the apps I need except two; Careem and Google Maps. I tried searching and found that there was a method by which I could install android apps on my Windows device.
I'm running Windows 10 insider version 1703, OS build 10.0.15235.0 on my dual sim device. I found that couple of devices were compatible with the sideloading app method but am not sure if I should continue.
If there is even a slight chance that I might damage my device or may have to install Windows again through some other methods to recover, I would like to know.

From my understanding, this has been patched so it isn't possible to install any android apps.

Your only option is to obtain an Android phone.
