Can I link local music to Xbox Music via my phone?

Is there a way to link my local music to the Xbox Music on the phone itself? I don't have a computer right now, so I download my music from my cloud services onto my phone. But it doesn't link up with the information on the Xbox Music database (album art, artist info, etc). Is there a way to make that happen without connecting to a computer.

I did some searching but I only found one app that may suit your situation. Unfortunately it's a paid app but it does what you want. There was an app that did album art and artist backgrounds but it no longer works with WP8.1
