Can i recover apps i got while running DP 8.1?

I down graded from DP 8.1 on my luma 521 because it lagged really bad. I backed up my phone before using the nokia software recovery tool. When i booted it up the wp central, and my tube app that i got free from this site didnt download with some of the rest that i got while running DP 8.1. Is there a way to get them back?

You should be able to - even manually, unless they were 8.1 only apps.

i dont know if they were. Wp central and mytube apps is listed on the store wp8 store.
