Can IE reflow after pinch-zoom

The thing I loved most about the Android browser is the ability to reflow the text after pinch-zoom. I can pinch zoom to a comfortable text size and then double tap, the text would reflow without changing the text size. Is there a similar functionality in IE or an alternative browser?

No there isn't this is one of my biggest issues with WP7 my tired old eyes need larger text.
