Can the Nokia DC-19 Charge Laptops *USB devices*

Hello,

I have a Nokia DC-19 Universal Portable Charger on the way, and I wanted to know if it can charge my Surface Pro. I know it has a microusb end and a USB end. I was going to plug in the microusb end inside the DC-19 and the USB inside the Suface. Will that work? If not is there a way to make it work?

With that you'll charge the DC-19, not the laptop!

There is no way to charge a laptop/PC/Surface from the USB connection, you need to use the output of the battery charger used by it.

What about putting the microUSB portion through a USB adapter. Is there such a thing?

I heard of a Surface RT 24 Watt power adapter, which works fine with the Surface Pro too, but I'm not really sure.
