Cannot change the region of my Lumia 1520!

My Lumia 1520 is in inside preview Windows 10 Mobile 10586.71.

I cannot change the region to any other country. e.g. if I change it to Unites States, it will prompt for a restart and once restarted the region will be back to India.



I tried with Production mode in Windows Insider, but still in vain.

I need to install Microsoft Health. Kindly help.

It got resolved with latest build 10586.494
