Cannot set a different ringtone/vibration per email address

Hi all. Just picked up a Focus S and love it so far. Knowing Windows may still be the underdog here I am still wondering if this is possible. This phone is for business and personal purposes. Email for 4 different email accounts. 2 for business and 2 are personal. Why would we not have the ability to set a different ringtone/vibration pattern per email account? I searched for an app but was unsuccessful there as well. Unless I am missing something. Any hints would be appreciated! I just don't want to look at the phone every 10 seconds because all email notifications are exactly the same for business and personal. If it's my personal Yahoo, it can wait. My corporate emails cannot.

I do miss the Blackberry in this regard along with a couple of others but I am getting used to the way this phone works so all isn't bad. But still may go back to the new Bold.

Unfortunately this is one of the things we don't have access to at this time. I am sure this will be added at some point but till then we have to wait. I have a file full of notification tones I used on Android that I miss using. I hope Microsoft gets this done sooner not later buy its definitely not a deal beaker for me.
