I have a carrier-unbranded Lumia 920 from England and I can't download a US Keyboard. It is perpetually stuck at "preparing to download".
To complicate matters this phone, and me, are in Viet Nam so I am sure its a region thing.
Is there a way to get this to work? It must be a combination of language and region settings as I remember a few days ago I was playing around with different settings and the US keyboard started to downloaded bit it was so freakin slow that I canceled it. I haven't found the right combo since.
Help?
