Cant oppen moust of the apps after automatic update last night nl830

Phone asked for reset on auto update after that I fell a sleep and this morning I wasn't able 2 open apps on it or even enter settings it sends me 2 store when I try and there nothing happens...any idea what can I do that is not hard reset ? have try soft one it didn't help >.<

Soft reset (volf down + power 15 secs)
Elsewhere go Settings -> Storage -> Phone (or SD) -> App-> look for that app , tap on them, Remove
And install them again

I cant even enter in settings it sends me to a store and there it say no app found
