Can't update to 10586.29 on L920

I recently went from 8.1 to 10586.11. Now that .29 is out I'd like to give it a shot on my 920. It downloads the update, then gets to "Preparing to install updates 2%", sits for a bit (few minutes), then stops and gives me the error code 0x80091007. Tried searching what that error code meant but didn't understand. Any idea how to fix this problem (outside of a hard reset).

I've already tried a soft reset.

Re-Install Windows Insider app and select fast updates.

Restart Phone.

Re-check for OS updates (the update should be tagged "Insider XXX.29"

Or, even better, actually install the Windows Insider app...
Apparently I forgot to do this after updating to 10 from 8.1. Though interestingly enough, it still noted that .29 was available.

I should probably not post this response to hide my idiocy, but I figure someone else will also make the mistake at some point.
