Changing lumia 520 touch screen problems

Hey guys,
My lumia 520 touch screen has broken ,now I want to chnge the touch screen but I scare that the new touch screen doesn't support high sensitivity like the company touch screen. does this option "High sensitivity" works again after changing touch screen?
May it have any problem after changing?

Yes it does support High Sensitivity feature. Visit the nearest nokia Care/service centre and they will fix the touch screen for your Lumia 520.
