Changing phones language on Win 10 phone?

Changing phones language on win 10 phone

I upgraded my win 8.1 to windows 10. Strangely, it installed it in netherland language. It`s harder to change it when you don`t understand a word, but even going through some guides, by pressing same icons, its not working. Like under account (in setteings) ther should be time and language - this one i have found. Then - ussually the guides have 3 options, while i have 5 And 3 of them are related to language - Taal, Regio, toersenboard (ok last one could be keyboard) . Then by pressing Taal. i have + button, i can add language but, after i add it, nothing happens, it stays same nethelands.., by pressing regio - its on the language i want, but don`t seems to change anything. Any ideas what to do?

try changing region first and then the rest. check your time zone settings as well
