Changing Sim, will apps still work?

Greetings,
I have purchased a Samsung ATIV (Windows 8) and have bought some apps from the Windows store and sending the mobile to Africa.
When the recipient receives the mobile a new Sim will be inserted.
Will all the purchased apps still be accessible?
I have bought the apps using the recipients Windows phone account which brings me onto another question, could I purchase more apps in the U.K and send direct to the recipients mobile in Africa? :straight:

The apps are tied to the Microsoft Account, not to the SIM. So unless, the recipient changes the MS account, everything should be fine. As long as he turns on "Find my phone" and you get/keep access to his Microsoft Account, you can send him whatever you want
