Cleaning the Dot view

I don't always have my dot view on, but i like it from time to time. However, it has gotten almost sticky since I bought it (I got the m8 and case when if first came available for WP so its not new). The case puts dots all over my screen, and I have washed it with different stuff but I can't get it back to how it was when I first bought it. It also doesn't work as good as it did when I bought it, and I think it's because what ever is all over it messes with the sensitivity of the screen. Does anyone else have this issue? Or know what works best to clean this thing?

I'm starting to see the same with mine, did you have an success? I was thinking of starting with Windex.

I work at a restaurant and mine smells like grease after the day. When I get home I use dish soap, Windex, or WD40 (cleaning solution) and it does wonders! I also recommend using Windex to clean the screen of your phone it gets all oils from anything off of it.
