Connected standby (always on) supported in Sp 3?

If this is true it will be huge. I think the most frustrating thing is turning off the surface pro and then realizing you forgot to do something. You have to wait 2-3 seconds before pressing the power button again in order for it to turn back on. I realize I'm complaining about 3 seconds, but whatevs. Also, being able to receive notifications in 'sleep' mode will be awesome.
