Contacts missing -- Can't access "Email+Accounts" -- Help?

So, I noticed my contacts were missing off the home screen, so I went into the People app, and noticed it said "Set Up Account". I click it, and it brings me back to the same screen. I go into "Email+Accounts" from settings, and it shows a "Loading...", followed by a quick "Resuming...", and then back to the settings page.
I don't know what's going on -- does anyone have any idea?

Are you sure you are using the correct account information? Can you access the account form another device?

Yeah -- it was working just the other day. Now I cannot even access the 'Email+Accounts' page. When I try, the screen goes black and returns to the 'Settings' screen.

Okay, now my 'HTC' and 'Connection Setup' apps aren't working . . . black screen for a second and then right back to the scroll screen. Anyone have any idea what's going on with this thing? :straight:

I did a factory reset, and it seems to be normal again . . . so far. Will post again if it comes back.
