Controlling startup ringer volume levels

Whenever I reboot my Lumia 810, the ringer volume level resets to 13. I have to manually change it every time back to 25-30 so I can hear it. Anybody know if there's a way to stop the reset?

nope it's a Nokia but how often do you reboot / I do it only about once a week to refresh network connection
