Cortana and 'home' location

Hello,

I used bing and searched on my address - then made it my 'HOME' for use with Cortana.

When actually in my home, Bing shows a slightly different location (different street name and address).

Which should I use with Cortana - the correct location address (street name and address), or the gps location provided by Bing for my home (what is shows on the map)?

Does using the wrong address location affect any other functions - like contact card info?

Thanks,

Mr. V

Its the limitations of GPS sadly, I knew I set my mum's house as a favourite however it shows it as a house nearly 10 doors away.
Though the geo-fencing seems to work because when I arrive, any reminders etc suddenly pop up.

At the moment the geo-fencing automatically adds a net around a place, though I read that geo-fencing will be improved and be allowed to be manually set in future...

That would be super cool as location based notifications might supersede time based ones. GPS being more accurate will also help - if I have some settings and there is some autolearning.

C'mon Windows 10 ....

Sadly the current form of commercial GPS is going to have it's limitations as the USAF has limited it's use commercially. New platforms such as Europe's Galileo will have better accuracy then GPS.
I know the new generation sat-nav receivers will be able to use both GPS & Galileo. Meaning better accuracy & use of geo-fences.

I guess I will have to live with my North American inaccuracies.

I know our spy satellites are watching me type this.....
