Cortana Doesn't Vocally Address Me By Name

When I tap the search button, there is a textual "Hi, JJ", but when I tap-and-hold the search button, there isn't a vocal "Hi, JJ".
I have the appropriate checkbox checked and I can hear her pronunciation of my name.
What gives?

As far as I know, it only says your name if you say "what is/what's my name?"

Try singing to her. May I suggest 'What's My Name?' By Rihanna, replacing 'oh na na' with 'Cortana'.

You just need to keep interrogating her. It takes me like 10 attempts to get her to say it. The success rate for me is about 5%. Anyway, just keep on asking.

I asked "What is your name?" and she answered.
I asked "What is my name?" and she gave me search results.
I asked "What's my name?" and I got different search results.
