Cortana "Freeze Alert" Bug

I've noticed that when Cortana gets a freeze alert and I tap on it nothing happens. It goes to the Cortana screen but its black and empty with the icon in the top left and the search box in the bottom. I tried on another phone and it went to weather.

Same with my 1020.

I soft reset the phone, and disabled and re-enabled Cortana, I'll post here if that fixes it!
