Cortana lost her humor?

Is it just me? Or Cortana seems to be not responding to things that she used to last time?
Like "hello", "sing me a song", "tell me a joke".
All it does it brings me to a web search.

Is Microsoft doing something to their back end?

Is it possible that you fell off 3G to 2G and she needs bandwidth to be witty?

No it can't be. I'm using wifi at home and she is still not working. I even switched off my wifi and it still not working.

But I confirm that she is working in town. I just tried it.
