Cortana on 1520 by changing region and language settings ??

Hi fellas,
Just read somewhere that you can get Cortana even if its not released officially in your country by changing region and language settings to USA.
Has anyone tried it?
If yes, did it work??
Lumia 1520 running official cyan update.

Just change it
And then restart your phone once, if not yet visible, restart it again.
And voila, u have Cortana
