Cortana on Android cannot reason a simple call?

I recently put Cortana on my Samsung Note 5. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong? But shouldn't Cortana be able to understand a simple command like, "Cortana, call Joe Blow, MOBILE."? when I try this, Cortana always brings up the contact for Joe Blow and requires me to choose the correct number. I would think "MOBILE" or "Home" would be clear enough as that is how the number are tagged in the contact, and Cortana could select and dial that number. I can't believe it's unable to respond to a simple command like that. There must be something else, some setting? Is this how it works fro everyone?

Also, is there a way to stop Cortana asking me to set a lunch time?

Oh, well. Cortana works reasonably well in Windows 10 Mobile. I think it's just an android thing, to be honest.

I tried using Cortana on Android but she's never as reliable as her W10 counterpart. Recently I've been unable to set alarms, plus the Cortana Mic shortcut routinely fails to work properly.
