Cortana on Win10Mobile losing functions?

On my Lumia 950XL, I could not find the check box for "Turn on when I have a calendar event marked Busy" anymore, and the Cortana is not automatically turning the Quiet Hours on and off during my calendar events. Is this an issue to me only?

Why? That was an awesome feature. Was Microsoft worrying about students playing with their phones in class?
